Browsing and searching properties is completely free. Creating an account is free too — tenants, landlords and agents only pay for optional services like boosted listings, subscriptions or document downloads.
How do I list my property?
Create an account as a landlord, agent or property manager, then submit your property with photos, price and location. Admins review each listing before it goes live to keep the marketplace trustworthy.
Are the legal documents valid in Nigeria?
The document tools generate tenancy agreements and notices using state-specific statutory notice periods for Nigeria. The documents are professionally structured, though we always recommend legal review for contested cases.
How do rent reminders work?
Once a tenancy is set up with a rent due date, the platform automatically emails the tenant reminders ahead of the due date, and keeps outstanding balances visible to the landlord or manager.
